Manager is great and attentive. A maintenance can be slow. There is always garbage overflowing from dumpster. The rent is affordable for the area.

Personally, I love the layout of my unit. I like how large the apartment is for a one bedroom! Also, I like the location, it is safe by not being in the center of everything, but it’s also close by to a lot of great stores/ food options.

Garbage, for the most part, makes it into the dumpster. People don't pick up after their pets. The streets in the complex are apparently for racing. I can't tell you how many times we've almost been hit because only a select few people stop for the stop signs. It's a mostly quiet area, close to the hospital. There are things we can walk to: gas station, restaurants, store.

I’ve lived here going on two years and have had no complaints! very nice community, nice people and amenities! the maintenance team always works in a timely manner to get service requests done, they do a really nice job!

I moved in just a few days before Christmas, and have loved the apartment, community, and location so far! I have a unit with a fireplace, and LOVE it! I’d never started a fire in a fireplace before and was nervous about the flue, but it was very simple and straight forward! Highly recommend!

I have had a good experience besides my dryer issue that has taken 4 visits and still takes 3 full drying cycles to dry. But over all it has been amazing.

I was off to a bad start in my apartment. The staff did what they could to make it better! They were awesome. My neighbors are nice and quiet. The interstate is the only thing I can typically hear, but that doesn't bother me!

First, I have to give a shoutout to the new manager. We are waiting for our home to be built and have had lots of delays… amber has been extremely helpful when it comes to the lease renewal and any questions we have had. She didn’t make us feel stupid in anyway & responded quickly to messages.This is the first time in the (almost) 3 years that I have lived here that the office responded quickly and was pleasant to talk with. Keeneland does have some pros & cons. Pros- quiet neighborhood, maintenance comes within 24-48 hours after a ticket is put in, portal makes it easy to pay rent/put in tickets Cons- we live in the 2nd smallest floorplan 1b1bath (no upgrades) and pay about 1,100 which seems a little crazy to me.don’t really love the contractors they bring out for the updates ( left a mess on our back patio and I felt like they did a really sloppy job and left paint everywhere). We are constantly finding spiders, beetles, Rollie pollies, etc in our shower/bathroom and kitchen…..

Keenland Crest is a great place to live! Close to so many restaurants, stores, and the freeway. The one complaint I have is the maintenance doesn’t always do the best job, as I have had issues with the water pressure, dryer, and a few other small things that just don’t get fixed properly the first time. Other than those few issues, it has been a great place to live.

The community is wonderful and nice, payment process is very effortless and easy. I’ve had previous landlords who didn’t make it easy to place payments and that’s not a fear with KC at all.

I've been here for over 2 yrs now and I absolutely love it here!! My home is cozy and I never want to leave, lol. I love being close to the stores that I shop at and the restaurants around here are amazing. I like being right next to the hospital because haveing a kid you never know what kind of emergency you might be in and I could easily get to the hospital.

Haven’t had any issues besides some mechanical stuff. Neighbors are nice. Pool is a great amenity. Parking is plentiful. The occasional food truck is a nice touch too

This neighborhood is pretty quiet and we enjoy it for the most part. Lately there’s been more things/crime or police called. I think cameras for each building should be looked into.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 16 months and have loved it! Never had had any issues. Neighbors are quiet, maintenance is great, and they’re constantly improving the property grounds! Would definitely recommend living here!

I have great luck with maintenance, the office staff on the other hand can be quite rude and not helpful. They seem to be too busy filling candy bowls to listen to residents full problem before dismissing them with a non useful solution.

It’s been a good first month. It’s been a pleasurable experience. Just wish they would get a larger dumpster for our area it seems to get full quickly and the collection for the dog poop doesn’t seem to get picked up often.
